Welcome

The Harbour Centre is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) covering the whole of Norfolk. Launched in late 2010, we are one of over 30 centres' covering the UK. Our aim is to provide a non-judgmental service regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, age, disability, or background. We offer the opportunity for medical examinations without police involvement following recent rape or sexual assault.

If you are a victim, we will listen to you and help whenever you feel able to talk about your experiences. We can help you if you suffered abuse a long time ago, recently or if the abuse is still ongoing.

What is rape or sexual assault?
