We help children and young people of all ages who have been raped or sexually assaulted either recently or in the past. We understand that you may feel scared, confused and overwhelmed and find it difficult to trust someone enough to talk about it. You may feel anxious & embarrassed but it is really important to talk about what has happened. Here at the SARC we want to make sure you are okay and feel able to recover from the physical and emotional impact of the assault.
